KINDY READINESS PROGRAM
Our Kindy Readiness Program is an engaging school-holiday program designed especially for children starting kindy in February 2026.
Held over two fun-filled sessions, this program helps little learners build confidence, independence, and excitement as they prepare for their first year of school.
Children will enjoy play-based learning, gentle routines, and have plenty of opportunities to make new friends - plus dedicated time playing in our sensory gym, where they can explore movement and engage their senses in a safe, enriching environment.

TEEN WELLBEING GROUP
Facilitated by our OT and Allied Health Assistant, this is a fun and supportive group where we’ll exchange ideas, discover new approaches, and explore what truly helps us feel our best.

TEEN FITNESS PROGRAM
Designed by our physiotherapist, our Teen Fitness Program helps young people discover the fun in staying active while learning the lifelong benefits of a healthy, strong body.
The program includes:
1 x one-on-one session with our physiotherapist to develop a tailored Home Exercise Program based on individual goals
4 x group fitness sessions where teens will practice their exercise program and participate in group challenges and games
An individually tailored Home Exercise Program
The program focuses on making movement enjoyable—not a chore—while teaching that regular activity supports their physical and mental wellbeing.

LITTLE REGULATORS
A fun and engaging group for toddlers to move, play and learn together!
This group is guided by our Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist to support regulation, body awareness, confidence and so much more.
Our therapists will observe where participants are at with their physical, cognitive, communication, social and emotional stages of development and can provide support in reaching the next step. All of this learning is done through play in our purpose-built sensory gym.
Ages: 2 - 4 years
Wednesdays at 10am - 11am

SOCIAL LEARNING PROGRAM
The Social Learning Program utilises concepts from Social Thinking® (Michelle Garcia-Winner) and teaches children a problem-solving approach to navigating their way through social interactions towards their desired social outcome.
The Program is suitable for 7 - 16 year olds and children will be invited to join groups with children of similar ages/developmental & social level.
Running for 8 weeks, the Social Learning Program is facilitated by specialist trained allied health professionals (Occupational Therapist and/or Speech Pathologist). We have a 2:1 ratio of children to therapists to ensure learning is tailored to each individual child.
Mondays at 3.30pm - 4.45pm (Weeks 2 - 9 of the School Term)

CREATE & CONNECT FOR GIRLS
Led by our Occupational Therapist, this groups are designed to provide a space for teen girls to socialise and build connections in a structured and supported environment.
Participants will be invited to engage in creative activities such as painting, sculpture, drawing, jewellery making and much more (suggestions welcome)!

The Teen Fitness Group, developed by our physiotherapist, is designed to enhance the physical capacity, health and overall well-being for teens in Years 7-10.
Each participant will have an individualised program, focusing on various strengthening exercises and sports, based on the interests of the participants and their individual goals.
This inclusive group will provide a supportive and fun environment for optimal growth and development.
