SENSORY MOVEMENT GROUP
Potential Therapy Services is pleased to offer a sensory movement group led by our Paediatric Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
Children will be challenged with fun and exciting games that work to improve coordination and balance, social communication and group interaction.
Incorporated into the groups will be sensory experiences through movement and play and regulation through song and dance.
Ages: 1.5 - 4 years
Wednesdays at 10am - 11am

Expressions of Interest
CREATE & CONNECT FOR GIRLS
Led by our Occupational Therapist, this groups are designed to provide a space for teen girls to socialise and build connections in a structured and supported environment.
Participants will be invited to engage in creative activities such as painting, sculpture, drawing, jewellery making and much more (suggestions welcome)!
Ages: 13 years+
Fortnightly on Tuesdays at 3.45pm - 4.45pm

TEEN FITNESS GROUP
The Teen Fitness Group, developed by our physiotherapist, is designed to enhance the physical capacity, health and overall well-being for teens in Years 7-10.
Each participant will have an individualised program, focusing on various strengthening exercises and sports, based on the interests of the participants and their individual goals.
This inclusive group will provide a supportive and fun environment for optimal growth and development.
